The 16-inch main has been repaired and water is flowing! However, area storage is still in a critical state. We ask that those customers impacted by the break continue to use water only to meet indoor or critical health and safety needs for the next 24-48 hours.  Updates will continue to be made on this web page as well as on our Facebook Page.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation while we work to restore service.

Early this morning a 16-inch main near HWY 281 and Rebecca Creek Road burst.  This main break impacts customers along the HWY 281 corridor between Rebecca Creek Road and Bulverde, and surrounding areas.  Impacted customers received automated calls early this morning.  The only supply source at this time is the area storage tank; it cannot be replenished until the main repair is complete.  We ask that customers in this area conserve as much water as possible through the next 24-48 hours and use water for indoor needs only.

Our crews are working diligently to repair this main, but it will take several hours to perform the repair correctly and safely given the size of the main.  The main repair is expected to last approximately 10 hours, concluding around 7:00 p.m.  Updates will be made on this web page as well as on our Facebook Page.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation while we work to restore service.
