Water System Update

We know this has been a very difficult and challenging time for all of our customers and community. We appreciate your patience and support as we resume typical operations once again.

All water issues have been resolved. Lab tests confirm that your water continues to meet all state and federal drinking water standards, and is available to be used for all purposes.

We are developing a plan to help our customers minimize the financial impact of this emergency. We have suspended billing and late fees, as well as shut-offs for non-payment. Any bills arriving were sent before the winter storm event.

We realize that many in our community have experienced hardships as they have endured unprecedented adversity as a result of this event. More information will follow in the coming days. We understand your concern and are ready to assist you as our entire region moves out of this emergency.

Many thanks to our local community including Comal ISD, area chambers of commerce, and many other community organizations (too numerous to name), for helping us to distribute over 100,000 water bottles to schools and residents during the outage.

Some of you may be experiencing issues due to leaks. Our teams have reached out to customers who are showing unusually high usage, typically a sign of a leak.
