UPDATE as of 10/16/20:  SJWTX is lifting the Emergency Water Condition for the north side of Canyon Lake, Spring Branch and Bulverde.  All customers may resume the year-round watering schedule.  For more information and details of the schedule, please see this link.

UPDATE as of 10/15/20:  SJWTX continues to be in an Emergency Water Condition for the north side of Canyon Lake, Spring Branch and Bulverde.  All customers should limit water usage to indoor-use only and all landscape irrigation should be suspended until further notice.  Despite our request to limit water usage to indoor-only, our monitoring shows that landscape irrigation continues to be the primary reason why our storage facilities are unable to recover to adequate levels for the health and safety of our community.  Our observation shows that landscape irrigation is occurring overnight including days and times when watering should not occur.  If landscape irrigation continues, customers may experience low or no water pressure situations.  If you have any questions, please contact us at 830-312-4600 or customerservice@clwsc.com

Until further notice, customers along FM 306 from Mystic Shores to Hwy 281 (including Stallion Estates at the Comal / Blanco country border) and south on Hwy 281 through Spring Branch and Bulverde are asked to conserve water and limit water usage to indoor and essential use only. All landscape irrigation should be suspended until further notice. On Sunday morning, October 11, 2020, a main transmission line ruptured on Lakeshore Drive on the north side of Canyon Lake.  This line is a primary feed to most water storage tanks and towers in Spring Branch and Bulverde.  The leak has been repaired, but water storage tanks and towers have critically low water supply. Conserving water and suspending landscape irrigation will allow storage facilities time to restore to adequate levels.  SJWTX / CLWSC in the Canyon Lake area is currently on Year-Round Water Schedules. Subsequently, no landscape irrigation should occur today anyway. We will continue to monitor the situation and we will send updates as conditions change. Thank you for your patience.
