UPDATE: Indoor Use Only Notice has been lifted for customers along Hwy 281, including Bulverde and Spring Branch. Storage facilities have sufficiently been replenished and the impacted areas can resume Stage 1 Watering Restrictions effective immediately.

This is an important message from CLWSC / SJWTX for customers along Hwy 281 (including Spring Branch and Bulverde).
After a transmission line break and repair on Monday 8/31/2020, water storage tanks continue to be replenished in these areas.
Until further notice, water usage should be limited to indoor essential needs only. ALL residential and commercial landscape irrigation should be suspended until further notice.
