The Irrigation Check-Up Program has arrived!
NEW! Did you know that between 60-70% of the water in our community is used for irrigation?! To make sure we're all making the most of our water, SJWTX is launching a free Irrigation Check-Up Program to help residential customers learn how to use their system efficiently without sacrificing landscape. By participating in this program, you may discover changes that help you lower your water bill and help conserve our community's water!
SJWTX is working with The W.I.S.E. Guys to coordinate this program. The W.I.S.E. Guys are a third-party vendor who have partnered with utilities across Texas since 2010 to promote conservation and efficient outdoor use through irrigation check-ups. In this one-on-one educational program, a Licensed Irrigator will evaluate your irrigation system to identify broken, misaligned or leaking heads, incorrect controller settings, pressure and flow issues, and other system inefficiencies. The Licensed Irrigator will provide customized feedback on how to improve any problems identified in your system. Licensed Irrigators will follow COVID-19 protocols during their appointment.
The first round of the program is limited to 200 participants in total, from the following neighborhoods:

Las Brisas

You can sign up with The W.I.S.E. Guys *here to be one of the first participants. After you sign up, you will receive an email from The W.I.S.E. Guys confirming you've signed up. After that, a Licensed Irrigator, approved by the State to practice and having passed a background check, will contact you to make your appointment. You'll receive a follow-up email after the appointment recounting what you discussed with the irrigators about your system, and with additional information to help you be an efficient outdoor water user.
